Dear Neighbor,

On behalf of my family and I, I want to express our deepest appreciation to you for your support during this campaign season. Despite over $45,000 spent to defeat me, and numerous special interest groups sent in to help my opponent, we won our race with over a 66% margin.

This election was never about me. It was about a community that refused to go back to a type of leadership that ignored them. The people of Ewa Beach made it loud and clear that they have had enough of high taxes with little results. I am proud to represent such extraordinary citizens.

We have a lot of work to do for the people to make the necessary changes in government that benefits our future. I will need your help and support as we continue to ensure that Hawaii’s leaders listen to the people. I hope you continue to be a part of my network. We will need you more than ever.
